Hello everyone, my name is Tanya Peale and I am a professional trainer with over 12 years of experience and 10+ years of competitive experience, in Figure, now Physique athlete, on a local and national level in the National Physique Committee (NPC). I have just recently expanded my personal training business and have opened a personal training studio located 2 blocks from Old Town Lewisville.

2013 TRAINING RATES
One on one (For a 2 person group, add $5 to each session rate)--1 hour session:
  • 1x/week=$40
  • 2x/week=$35 each or $70 total
  • 3x/week=$30 each or $90 total
One on one (For a 2 person group, add $5 to each session rate) --30 minute sessions:
  • 1x/week=$22.50
  • 2x/week=$20.50 each or $41 total
  • 3x/week=$18.50 each or $55.50 total
  • 4x/week=$16.50 each or $66 total
One on one "In your home or office gym", for either yoga instruction or resistance training (For a 2 person group, add $5 to each session rate and for a larger group for either, please contact me to discuss rate.)
  • $65 per 60 minute session
    (No fuel charge for less than 30 minute driving time)
  • $50 per 45 minute session
    (No fuel charge for less than 30 minute driving time)
